05 FAQ

Studying in Korea, answered.

Can students from Latin America and Brazil study in Korea in English?

Yes. Many Korean universities offer full degree programs taught entirely in English, and Compa matches each student to English-taught programs — while also guiding those who want to study in Korean. We recruit and support families in Portuguese and Spanish.

How much does it cost to study in Korea?

Korea offers a world-class education at roughly a third of the cost of comparable programs in the US, UK or Australia. Tuition and living costs vary by university and city; Compa gives clear, upfront guidance and helps students find scholarships they qualify for.

Does Compa help with the student visa?

Yes. Compa guides each student end-to-end — from admission at a verified partner university to preparing the documents for the D-2 (degree) or D-4 (language) student visa. Visas are issued by Korean immigration; we make sure every application is complete and honest.

Which universities does Compa work with?

Compa works only with trusted, verified partner universities in Korea, and the network is expanding. Students are matched to the institution that fits their goals, budget and program.

What can I study — is it only degrees?

No. Compa covers four paths: full degrees (higher education), Korean-language courses, short-term language and culture camps, and K-12 pathways. You can explore every option in one place.

Is there a path to build a career in Korea after graduating?

Yes. Korea offers a route from studying to working — for example the student-to-employment (D-2 to E-7) track — and Compa's guidance covers the full journey, not just admission.
